Hyaluronic acid filler is a reversible treatment. When doing any treatments with filler, dissolving treatment will always be available in Dr Rakhi’s clinic. This may be due to the fact that a patient wants a correction for treatments that have been undertaken by another clinician, if they feel it looks over-filler or unnatural. Patient’s also may have changed their mind or it may be used in the event of an emergency.

Before treatment it is always advised to avoid any alcohol and coffee the day before and on the day of treatment. Before treatment, it is advisable that patients attend without makeup but they can wear moisturiser and SPF, as they will be thoroughly disinfected. Although this procedure is almost pain-free due to the equipment Dr Rakhi uses, numbing cream can also be applied 30 minutes before the procedure. In the case of lip treatment it can be more sensitive and numbing will be essential for your comfort and to provide the best results.
